Tasting Notes   Pairing

EYESIGHT: intense yellow, crystalline.
NOSE: very aromatic. Floral and citric notes.
MOUTH: creamy texture, strong floral sparks of Elderberry and citric notes with low acidity. Highly persistent.

 
GENUINE, FLORAL SUBTLE.

Enhances a variety of fresh greens, textures, colors and different flavors. Subtle to accompany white and red fish, crab and shrimp. It s the perfect contrast for mature cheeses.

   
Elderberry to the Body    
   

Unlike other species, all parts of the elderberry have therapeutic use. Its berries and bark boiled in water are diuretic, tonic and stimulate appetite. When cooked in milk its leaves relief  throat inflammation and in baths, disinfect wounds.  For cold relief, its cooked berries are ideal and when dried, they are an excellent remedy for the digestive ailments.

   
Elderberry to the Soul    
   

From ancient times, elderberry has symbolized the power of the ‘invisible’ world.  It protects the homes where it was planted but will bring bad luck to those who cut them down: that’s why the ancient traditions recommended to highly respecting it and before harvesting its berries or cutting any of its limbs or flowers, a special permission was asked.
