Without the sugar could be used as a sauce with white meats.
Ideal for: dressing crepes, ice creams, mousse, cheese cakes or to moist cakes. Add to drinks or fresh fruit.
100 cc of white wine.
200 cc of Elderberry FlowersDressing. 2 tablespoons of caster sugar.
1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
In a cooking pot bring the white wine to a boil for 2 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Add the sugar and dressing.
Reduce to the half and reserve until serving. Before serving add the lemon zest and juice.
Can be served warm or cold.
