Dressings in action
.:. Raspberry Daikiri
Wet the rim of the glass in the raspberry dressing and then gently sink it in confectioners' sugar.

Raspberry sherbet: Adding twice the amount of fruit and ice you'll have a delicious summer dessert.


100 gr. of fresh raspberries.
50 cc of Rum.
50 cc of Raspberry Dressing.
20 gr. confectioners’ sugar.
60 gr. of ice.
Mint and flowers for decoration.

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender, blend them for 20 seconds, add the ice, blend again and serve.
