.:. Citrics Syrup and Raspberry Dressing
At the very last minute add orange or lime zest with fresh mint to your taste.
 

You could add a touch of Cointreau or liqueur wine to the basic recipe.

 

 
 
Ideal for: Fruit or cream trifles. To accompany ice creams, combine with fruit salads, dessert sauces or to moist cakes and pastries. Add to drinks.

Ingredients:

200 cc of Raspberry Dressing.
The juice of 2 grapefruits.
The juice of 4 tangerines.
The juice of 4 oranges.
100 gr. of granulated sugar.

Combine all juices with sugar and the dressing in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil just until reducing to light syrup.
You can serve it cold or warm.
